Terms & Conditions for tot12

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an account with tot12, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. tot12 operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons under legal disability or who lack contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of tot12 or any of its affiliated game studio partners, payment processors, or service providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from tot12 or had a prior account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within those accounts may be forfeited.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify tot12 of any changes promptly via the customer support channel at support@tot12.bet.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. tot12 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify tot12 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account usernames and email addresses, once registered, cannot be changed. You may update your password, contact details, and payment method details at any time from within the Account dashboard subject to verification.

All transactions on the tot12 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tot12 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by tot12; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees independently of tot12.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically processed within seconds to 5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata): typically processed within 1–15 minutes, subject to the receiving bank's processing windows.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension.

tot12 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and bank account ownership confirmation. This is a standard KYC procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

tot12 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may be triggered at any time by tot12's compliance team at its sole discretion.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and a recent photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits confirming that the account is registered in your name.

Documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Submissions that appear altered, blurred, or incomplete will be rejected and re-submission will be requested. tot12 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for Accounts with high transaction volumes or where unusual activity is detected.

All games available on the tot12 Platform are supplied by certified, internationally licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The rules governing individual games — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot titles, Capsa Susun, and Sakong — are set by the respective game studios and displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

tot12 does not alter, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any game. All results are determined by independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by certified live dealers on camera.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the following rules apply:

• Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection and the result cannot be retrieved, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
• Where a game round was completed and the result is retrievable from the game studio's server logs, that result will be treated as final and binding regardless of the disconnection.
• tot12 is not liable for disconnections caused by the Player's own internet connection, device, or browser.

tot12 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is credible evidence of collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of a software error, or any other form of unfair play as determined by tot12's investigations team.

tot12 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion. Employees and family members of tot12 are not eligible.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes fraud.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) is specified in the individual promotion terms and must be completed in full before any withdrawal of funds derived from the bonus is permitted.
• Bonus Funds must generally be wagered within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stipulated period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• tot12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, its existing terms will continue to apply unless a material error was made in crediting it.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tot12 Platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in creating an Account for fraudulent purposes.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration, KYC, or payment processing.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical glitch in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or generate guaranteed profits from promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, table game, or live casino product.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the tot12 customer support team or any other user of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the Platform.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and text displayed on the tot12 Platform are the intellectual property of tot12 or its licensed content suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and are protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gameplay decisions, whether informed or uninformed.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or Platform downtime caused by factors outside tot12's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, denial-of-service attacks, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with Clause 6.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit tot12's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tot12 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. tot12 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime.

tot12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tot12 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practical, sending an email notification to the registered email address on the Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated version in full. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change by contacting support@tot12.bet. Any Account balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

The version number and "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicate the currently operative version of the Terms & Conditions. Archived prior versions are available upon written request to support@tot12.bet.

tot12 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tot12 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Players access the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming activities under the laws of their local jurisdiction. tot12 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the Platform's licensed territory.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be the jurisdiction of tot12's operating licence. Notwithstanding this, tot12 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
